📊 PriceLabs launches an updated Hotel Rate Shopper with a new Competitor Room Type Matching tool, letting hotels compare their rooms against the actual equivalent room at competitors instead of guessing. It also adds additional filters like length of stay, refundability, and breakfast inclusion.

🗣️ Sarai, Mirai’s AI booking assistant, now handles multi-room bookings inside a normal conversation. Multi-room reservations currently are only 9 percent of bookings but drive over 18 percent of revenue.

💳 Mews rolls out three new revenue features: Recurring Payments, a Multicurrency expansion to the US and Canada, and Accounts Receivable. Recurring Payments alone has already generated over 16,000 payment plans across more than 100 pilot properties, according to the release.

🛎️ Hudini signs on to roll out its Staff Connect digital check-in across Nobu Hotels’ global portfolio, aiming to reduce check-in to under two minutes and eliminating up to 90 percent of manual tasks. Hotels in Barcelona and Toronto already run it, with Los Cabos and more properties coming through 2026.

🛗 Kings III acquires the elevator diagnostics tech behind Lift AI One, layering IoT sensors and analytics on top of its LiftNet telemetry platform. It’s the company’s second elevator acquisition in two years, and it points toward more proactive alerts before a lift actually breaks down instead of after. Interesting for new hotel openings.

🎥 G6 Hospitality launches Vision 360, an AI tool that turns Motel 6 and Studio 6 franchisees existing photos into professional marketing videos for $20 a month, against the $1,000 to $1,500 traditional video shoots cost. More than 60 properties signed up in the first 24 hours.
