Hi there! If you want to make sure you’re receiving the RemoteHotelier newsletter properly and never miss an edition, this article will show you how.

It’s really simple. Sometimes Google, Microsoft and other email providers send things to spam or secondary folders at random. So let’s fix that and show them that this newsletter matters to you.

📩 Send It to Your Primary Inbox

Email providers often de-prioritize newsletters and prevent you from seeing them. To avoid this, follow these tips depending on your email service:

  • Gmail:

    • On mobile: tap the three dots in the top right, select “Move to” → “Primary”.

    • On desktop: drag the email to the “Primary” tab, or right-click it and select “Move to Inbox”:

  • Outlook/Hotmail:

    • Click the three dots in the top right and select “Move to Focused Inbox.”

📩 Add Us as a Contact

It’s super easy. For example, in Gmail just click on the avatar (the newsletter logo), and you’ll see an option to add the contact. Tap the add icon like this:

Still having issues? Just reply to any RemoteHotelier newsletter. Gmail, Outlook, or even your work email system will see that we’re trustworthy, and it’ll stop marking us as spam or similar.
